Pinks Skies

Abstract impressionist landscape.

A new series of plein air paintings recording my view and thoughts when I see the amazing pink sunsets which have characterised this autumn here in Kent. The beautiful colours, vibrant light and energy are my inspiration. 

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 40x40cm  landscape painting is unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord
