From the coastpath

Abstract impressionist landscape, 45x60cm.

My spring 2024 trip to Pembrokeshire is proving lovely. There is something about the light and air here on the north Pembrokeshire coast which is very peaceful and inspiring. Here is my first painting from the trip.

I us beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 45x60cm landscape painting is acrylic  on canvas. It’s unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord.
