50x60cm abstract impressionist painting.After a very grey winter, spring is arriving.

 rapidly here in Kent, South-East England. I love to walk and cycle in my local lanes and footpaths, soaking up colours, seeing the skies and clouds rapidly changing and watching crops being planted and growing in fields. I love the inspirations that come into my thoughts and fuel ongoing inspirations.

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 50x60cm landscape painting is acrylic on canvas. It’s unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord.
