Abstract impressionist landscape painting.
Living fairly close to Camber Sands on England's south coast is a source of inspiration and happiness! I visit this large sand dune backed beach all year round, I love the skies, sea and grasses which are all part of this coastline.
This painting is also inspired by colour, and by invoking a feeling of lightness and joy through interpreting my world.
I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.
This 100x100cm landscape painting is unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
