Impressionistic landscape painting.
This is one in a series of paintings, large and small which are created wholly or partially on my wonderful road trip to Pembrokeshire, Wales last Autumn.
I love blending and contrasting colour, and playing with colour relationships, as well as interpreting landscape. Semi abstract impressionistic paintings allow me to build up colour, tone and texture. I drop, flick, use palette knives, and rags as well as brushes to create a rich textured surface on the canvas.
The canvas is unframed, has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
You will also receive a collection of postcards of my artwork as a thank-you for choosing one of my artworks!
